Facultatea de Mecanică din cadrul Universităţii Dunărea de Jos a plătit 15.000 de euro pentru un utilaj de ultimă generaţie, folosit pentru testarea automobilelor, dar charge va fi folosit şi pentru tunarea maşinilor.
