Car tuning, ICE & Interior design?

Ok so I at most got my first car and had it for 3 months now. I am ready to start making adjustments. Maladjusted is I know nothing about cars. Performance or tuning or even hooking up sound systems and electronics.

Official: Hennessey HPE800 Twin Turbo Upgrade for McLaren MP4-12C
