Whats the most you can do to a car before the insurace needs to be stated as a modified agency in the UK? Example changing the rims to alloys, or changing the headlights, tinting windows etc.
Anything that gives it a carrying out boost or that will make it more desirable to thieves. So basically anything.
Guarantee companies don't need much of an excuse not to pay out.

Chevy Volt wired in to California market
California is currently the largest shop for the Chevrolet Volt––23% of all Volts are sold in the articulate––and General Motors Co. is intent on increasing its store share in the Golden State. Chevrolet engineers made modifications to the Volt’s wear out system and GM expects to begin building modified vehicles on February 6; by Procession, the new Volts should be available at your friendly Los Angeles Volt dealership. In adding up to increased eco-friendliness, the modifications also offer a financial boost because they will put up with California buyers to qualify for a $1,500 state rebate on top of a $7,500 federal tax place one's faith. In addition, Volt owners will offer another priceless advantage: access to the car-syndicate lanes.
