2007 BMW 530d. Tuning Chip options.?

So i'm looking into chips to get that bit more power and torque out of this BMW. Which ones would you exhort? Also what kinds of gain in BHP, Torque, 0-60 can i expect? and what are the cons of tuning the car (dilate in turbo lag, reliability issues etc)?
