Bmw m3 46 Tuning Need for speed shift?

i have the Bmw m3 gtr works on schedule but need to tune it for online play. The tires are glib and it slides alot. The top speed is 181 but can i get it to go higher. I want suspension,tire,steering,downforce, and gear proportion help.
