2007 BMW 530d. Tuning Chip options.?

So i'm looking into chips to get that bit more power and torque out of this BMW. Which ones would you urge? Also what kinds of gain in BHP, Torque, 0-60 can i expect? and what are the cons of tuning the car (broaden in turbo lag, reliability issues etc)?

Pedley: Montoya To Be On Watch List At Rolex
After climbing out of his BMW Riley for the concluding time at last year’s Rolex 24, Juan Pablo Montoya cut shoot with jokes. Jokes about his aggressive driving style and on-track tactics.
