Junge Autodiebe waren auch an Überfall beteiligt
LAUF — Erst klauten sie zwei Autos und zwei Laptops aus einer Laufer Werkstatt, dann setzten sie einen der Wagen in den Birkensee. Das war im August 2010. Diese Woche verurteilte das Jugendschöffengericht Hersbruck die drei jungen Täter wegen gemeinschaftlichen Diebstahls. Ein Röthenbacher muss zwei Jahre und ein Laufer wegen Beihilfe und Hehlerei eineinhalb Jahre in Jugendhaft. Beide hatten schon beim Tankstellenüberfall im April 2009 in Lauf mitgeholfen. Der dritte, nicht vorbelastete Autodieb, ebenfalls ein Laufer, kam mit drei Wochen Jugendarrest davon.
„Das war an Dummheit und Dämlichkeit nicht zu überbieten“, fasste einer der drei Verteidiger treffend den zweifachen Autodiebstahl in der Nacht auf den 17. August zwischen 23 und 1 Uhr zusammen. Wenn schon so eine Aktion, „dann nehme ich wenigstens Fahrzeugschein und Fahrzeugbrief mit und wenn ich mich dann der Beute entledigen will, dann nicht in einem See, wo nach wenigen Metern Schluss ist“, sagte er und formulierte damit eine Erkenntnis, die die drei Angeklagten vor dem Richter und den beiden Schöffen deutlich wortkarger ebenfalls andeuteten.
