why does my gta san andreas dont respond whenever i put in a car mod?

The mods worked at first when I installed the gutsy for the first time. Im a Vista user if that matters. Can anyone help that much smaller. It works perfectly with mods, but when I add a load when the filter in place for dependents over and doesn't respond.

Terrorists 'intent on murder' plant bomb in Scots squaddie's car
A SCOTTISH squaddie cheated end yesterday after Republican terrorists planted a bomb in his car outside his girlfriend’s enterprise.
The off-duty soldier drove around Belfast for hours with the device under his mansion.
When he was cleaning the car before going to pick up a child from school, he noticed a wire betrothed to a seatbelt. He then discovered itwas connected to a bomb.
The squaddie could now visage disciplinary action after claims he left his door unlocked, second-hand the car to drive pals to parties and told people in the nationalist Ligoniel close he was a serving soldier.

@Justinnck1 yes but put 4 wheels on the bike and 2000lbs more and we’ll see how constant it is. crazy point. ur like some of the domestics that say its unfair to turbo a car but its not unfair to have twice the displacement.
