DWI Check - January 22, 1500 Block W. Sam Rayburn Dr.  Arresting Narc Ptl. Luke Rattan.  A call for service was received in reference to a hit and run catastrophe.  The caller advised she was following the vehicle that struck her.  Upon bureaucrat's arrival, contact was made with both drivers.  The caller advised she was in the formerly larboard hand lane to make a left turn when the suspect went around her in the accurately lane.  When doing so, the suspect's vehicle struck her voyager side mirror then continued to drive away. The caller stated she followed the imagine's vehicle in an attempt to make him stop.  Officers then made with with the suspect. Upon approaching the suspect, Officer's noticed a impressed odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath.  When asked, the have a feeling advised he had been drinking alcoholic beverages prior to the incident.
