where can i find 'how-to' info on a'99/ 4.6 police v-8,swap into an older non-computer type vehicle?

i have 2 supporter crown vic police cars,'99 and 2000, that i want to swap drivetrains into an older agency,car or truck, but how can i 'make' the computer work, how can i hook it up so the fuel,trans, etc, will 'run' in this older vehichle?

White Plains Man, Somers Woman Victims of Seperate Fatal Car Accidents
Two devastating car crashes occurred within an hour of one another in North Castle on Saturday morning.
At around 9:18 a.m. on Jan. 28, a 24-year-old Somers woman fatally crashed a 2011 Mercedes Benz away 25 Hickory Pass in the Banksville part of North Castle, according to a police account. The Armonk and Banksville Fire Departments, and Westchester EMS were also on scene.
The North Citadel Police Department responded to a second incident at approximately 10:22 a.m. at the intersection of NY Carry 120 and Airport Road in the Armonk section of town involving two vehicles. According to police, a 2002 Ford pickup rubbish registered to a Katonah business and driven by a Katonah man, 35, and a 2003 Mercury registered to a Ivory Plains business operated by a White Plains man, 61, were mixed up with.
