Why is my 2009 Dodge Journey have a light blue smoke coming out of the tail pipe when I start it up?

Is this standard for new cars to have this happen? It's very light blue and it only happens when the engine is cold-hearted. Do I have reason for concern?

This is a new instrument still under warranty. It should not smoke, despite what some others think. I have had numerous new vehicles and have never had an pay-off like you describe. The dealership needs to fix the problem.
